Cocos Homestead is a roomy four bedroom, open plan style executive holiday home with views overlooking the golf course towards the Cocos lagoon. It's great for families, group of friends or couples who enjoy plenty of space. Cocos Homestead comfortably sleeps up to six people.

Free wireless internet. Outward phone calls can be made using a phone card.

Ceiling fans are fitted to all rooms. Direct views to the lagoon and ocean can be enjoyed from the front verandah or BBQ Pondok. The Cocos Club, supermarket, Tropika Restaurant, Dory's Cafe, tennis courts and golf club are a comfortable 10 minutes walk from the Homestead.

Spacious lounge and dining room areas

From the lounge into the dining area
 The lounge room is light and airy and modern with beautiful leather lounge for your comfort. Cocos Homestead also has a television, dvd player and stereo. There's a small library of "read and swap" books in the bookcase. Bi-fold doors open onto timber deck.

The dining & kitchen area
 The dining area and kitchen is combined with a set of bi-fold doors opening onto the timber deck. The timber dining table seats up to 10 persons. The newly renovated kitchen is full size and fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster & jug. All the crockery and utensils are supplied.

The Driftwood Room

The two main bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds. The two smaller bedrooms each contain a single bed. All the bedrooms open onto airy verandahs. Quality linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. Two separate bathrooms and toilets for added convenience.

The outdoor pondok has a gas BBQ and is great for enjoying the Cocos climate.

Located in the back garden area is a large outdoor covered BBQ pondok (entertainment) area. It is equipped with a gas BBQ, table and chair setting for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful Cocos climate.

The laundry, with its full size washing machine, is neatly tucked away on the rear verandah.
